We travelled to Hawaii in late February, early March. I took this shot during a morning walk around the historic fish ponds at the Mauna Lani resort. We would snorkel about 100 feet from here.
Santorini, Greece.
We took a Tauck tour of Turkey and Greece in late May, early June preceded by a trip to Cappadocia on our own. Part of the tour was a seven day cruise in the Aegean on the Wind Spirit. One of our stops was the island of Santorini where I took this shot.

August Wedding.
In August, Chris and Melanie got married at the Resort at the Mountain in Welches, Oregon. This is a shot I took of the about-to-be-weds during the photo shoot prior to the ceremony.
Rehearsal Dinner.
Kay Heise took this photo of us at the rehearsal dinner and emailed it to me. As you can tell from the attire, this was a casual, western BBQ type event. We had planned to have it outdoors but the weather turned out to be chilly (for August) and damp so we moved it inside.

Junior Wedding Party.
I took this shot of the junior wedding party during the photo shoot. Connor and Beckett were dressed in tuxes and red ties just like the men in the wedding party and Kelly Elsom was in white like the bride. The boys were amazingly patient sitting around in these clothes prior to and during the ceremony. They got to change before the reception. In August Beckett was 3 and Connor 5.

When Beckett is engrossed in some kind of PC activity that stresses his concentration, he uses his tongue as a precision-enhancing mechanism. He was really focusing here.

Connor Birthday.
This is a shot I took at Connor's birthday party at our house a few days before his actual birthday (December 10). This summer Connor graduated from pre-school. In September he began his post graduate study in Kindergarten at Forest Heights school. He is now six years old!
Bubble Boys.
Connor and Beckett spent some time with us this summer at our beach house. Corey joined us a few days later and took a wild guess as to how much bubble bath liquid to add. The boys were quite pleased with the result. I took this shot with my iPhone.
